Comment:	Very dirthy and old furniture.....there is an awful smell of mould....if you don't trust me; once you get in to the flat look in the living - bed room behind the paint in the main wall. There is the source of the stink. Even the locator stinks sweat on sweat. Please for your health and your money don't rent this apartment.

Comment:	The apartment was very well located. Everything was fine. The only thing that could be improved is the bathroom and toilets that do not have a heater and therefore, in winter, it is quite cold inside. Otherwise, as it has already been mentionned by other people, the furniture is a bit old fashion but it is not very important. We had a very nice stay.

Comment:	Dieses Studio ist sehr gut platziert. Kaum ein paar Schritte kommt man zur Hauptalée die dirckt zum Museumsplatz führt. In der nähe sind ganz viele Geschäfte und Pubs. Das Metro und die Taxis befinden sich auch auf dieser Strasse. Zur wohnug selber, eher klein, alt , die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Kühlschank und Gasofen, 4 bette, und ein Badezimmer + WC. Mirek ist ein cooler Typ, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe hat er uns noch Typs gegeben und eine kurtze geographische Erklärung über prag gemacht. Comment:	Very convenient location- right near Museum station and easy to find (look for KFC on corner of street). Mirek was very helpful and supplied us with a map and suggestions for places worth seeing. The older style apartment is roomy, with separate kitchen, dining room and bathroom as well as large living room with 4 beds. It's nice to have some space. My only suggestions would be to provide some matches for the gas stove, as it didn't seem to have an automatic pilot light. I found the bed quilts rather heavyweight for use in spring- perhaps some lighter quilts for warmer weather? Also I couldn't get the water hot enough for a bath, but it was fine for showers.

Comment:	Tutto perfetto e secondo le aspettative. Anche se l'appartamento è discreto...La posizione è eccellente. Siete praticamente al centro. Vi potete fidare!!! Mirek, il proprietario, è davvero un'ottima persona. Dopo averci mostrato l'appartamento ci ha dato tutte le dritte per la prima sera a Praga: dove cambiare i soldi al miglir cambio, dove cenare in un ristorante tipico, ecc.. ecc.. Comment:	Dirty equipment in kitchen, bad-smelling bed, quilts and pillows, uncomfortable beds, dirty sofa, dirty bathtub. Friendly owner and very good location. Prague is wonderful, but don't think we will rent this apartment again.

The price was very excellent for the location but the cleanliness of the apartment wasn't very good: The glasses in the kitchen were dirty with the spots on the shelf. The sofas were very dirty and while I was having a shower tI have seen the dust was going down the bathtub

Comment:	The flat is very nice , the position in the town simply great!! Is probaly the best solution to stay in downtown Prague paying an affordable price. The furniture , also if a bit old are satisfayng. The ambient is clean and take u a bit back in the time. Pefect for a young cuople since is very quite and romantic place. The owner Mirek is a really nice person. Prague is a magic city!! :-)

Comment:	The big advantage of this apartment is the location. The apartment it self is neglected by the owner and could be refreshed a little (new carpets, decoration, etc.). When we first arrived, we had the impression that the apartment had not been cleaned properly (spider nets on the sealing, stains on the sofa, dust in the cabinets, very dirty carpet in the bathroom, very old towels). The kitchen however was clean, but there are no proper accessories for cooking (no cutting knifes, very old pan, refrigerator very noisy because of something broken behind it and we had to close the kitchen door to be able to sleep at night). I think the owner is aware that she/he can rent the apartment anytime because of the good location and thus for that reason she/he does not really matter about the appearence of the apartment! Overall, it is a good price for the location, but the ambience of the apartment could be improved with new little things, without increasing the price of the rent.
