комментарий:	L'appartamento Plzenska Standard 1 al residence Ai Due Mondi si è rivelato una scelta ottimale per il nostro soggiorno da 17 gg. in 2 a Praga! E' collegato ottimamente con il centro di Praga da tram e metro a poche centinaia di metri, ed anche al centro di Smichov (Praga 5), zona molto vivace e movimentata. Nelle immediate vicinanze c'è Novy Smichov, ottimo centro commerciale con Tesco come ipermercato ed ancor più vicino, sulla Plzenska, l'eccellente ristorante Zlaty Klas, consigliatoci dal proprietario, Francesco, sempre molto gentile e disponibile, nel quale siamo ritornati più volte visti i prezzi e la qualità della sua cucina ceca: assolutamente consigliato!! In quanto a pulizia, l'appartamento era accettabile, un livello medio buono, sempre che non vi capitino però Pakistani al piano di sopra che gettano un pò tutto dalla finestra!! Un pò scarsa però la dotazione di stoviglie, tazze e bicchieri. Nel complesso è sicuramente una scelta ottima, con un rapporto qualità/prezzo forse da migliorare leggermente. Visitando nuovamente Praga però, sapremo senz'altro a chi rivolgerci!! :))

комментарий:	We were not very satisfied.Apartment without windows to out side.When we were outside was +28 C, the air conditioner will not work,sleep was difficult. Cleanliness could really be higher, walls dirty, when we came, the apartments were not ready. Ground floor room very dark and gloomy. So......do conclusions Thanks

комментарий:	The owner Francesco was very helpfull ans polite. the apartment was clean and with good new furniture. the location was good; the metro stop Andel is about 200 meters. the area is quiet and with some inexpensive pubs where you can eat and drink. near there is a big Commercial center where you can find everything at all the hours of the day.

комментарий:	The most horrible was the owner's attitude. When we arrived we had to ask for the hairdryer, iron and got it with an unpleasant tone and remarks that we should have booked a 5 star hotel. On the whole the owner promised us that the room will be clean at 3PM, when we came back at 4PM it still wasn't clean and when I called im he started hang up the phone. I had to wait another hour until the room was clean. I will never stay there again!!! Owner's reply: Dear Mrs. Kate, I understand your point of view but sincerely if immediately after the check in you complain screaming for small problems that I have solved in 2 minutes it is difficult for me to answer you calmly. If you check the others 18 reviews you can observe the maximum votes in nearly all the review (the lowest is 4 in a maximum of 5...) and that probably means that the right is not in a specific side but, like a lot of time in the life, is in the middle. комментарий:	Francesco is a great owner, very kind. He also rent us a covered parking for 10 € / day. home lacks a little bit of chicken furniture, but isn't that important. apartment's value for the money is very high

комментарий:	Vizit on May, 2010. Good and comfort flat near the centre. We even did not use any transport. Many different cafes and restaurants in the area with good prices. And very big Tesco in 5 minutes. Few komments: the TV channels were not regulated, so we did not know the weather and news; one knife on the kitchen and not sharp (blunt)and there is no kettle and iron. Pay attention that there is not double bad but just two bads moved up to each other . I think for this money it will be good to clean the flat at least once per 4-5 days (we had 10 days here). In spite of all I will sure recommend this flat to everyone because of good area, new repair, new furniture, nice bath.

комментарий:	Vicino al centro commerciale di Novy Smichov,comodo per il sepermercato aperto fino alle 24e comunque molto carino,e alla fermata della metro Andel il tutto a 3 minuti a piedi. La distanza dal centro è pochissima,noi andavamo a piedi senza prendere la metro. Unici nei riscontrati sono stati dei lavori che facevano nel residence,il trapano la mattina non è piacevole,e la reception che anche se cortese al nostro arrivo,per il resto del soggiorno non abbiamo mai visto nessuno. Personalmente lo consiglio.

комментарий:	It was a perfect apartment. It is about 20-25 minutes by walk from the Charles Bridge and is really close to Tesco supermarket. The rooms are clean and wide and finally the staff is very kind. Suggested to anybody!

комментарий:	Siamo stati davvero contentissimi della nostra scelta. Eccellente il rapporto prezzo-qualità. L'appartamento è perfetto, pulizia ineccebile, tutti i mobili e le suppellettili sono nuovi e funzionali. La vicinanza ai mezzi pubblici (tram e metrò a 300 mt) compensa la relativa distanza dal centro (a poco più di un kilometro).Comodissimo il supermarket aperto fino alle 24 tutti i giorni. комментарий:	It's so good..the location is good: 3 minutes by the nearest tram stop and tube station. with tube you need 3 minutes to arrive in the center. From the tube and tram stop to the apartment you don't need to take the tram, it's just 4 minutes walking. The receptionist was soooo nice with us, she let use her pc to surf 5 minutes on internet 'cause we didn't have a pc. I suggest it to everyone thanks so much!

комментарий:	L'appartamento di Bonollo ci ha completamente soddisfatto per l'abitabilità e la collocazione che, anche se non è centrale, ha vicino un bel centro commerciale e con una passeggiata di 15' lungo il fiume si raggiunge il centro.Siamo stati benissimo, in casa c'è tutto , persino il detersivo per lavare i piatti!!! комментарий:	La posizione � ottima, a due passi sia dal centro che da Mala Strana. Inoltre � circondato da belle viuzze piene di birrerie, pub e posti dove mangiare a poco prezzo. Alcuni commenti: - posate, bicchieri, piatti, ecc, rigorosamente contati: solo 2 per tipo. - manca porta asciugamano e portasapone nella doccia. - c'� il boiler per l'acqua calda, ma comunque non abbiamo avuto nessun problema facendo 2 docce piuttosto lunghe. In definitiva un ottimo appartamento, gestito da italiani per gli italiani. (English: great location, very close to the center and Mala Strana. There are very nice small winding streets around the area, full of pubs and cheap restaurants. Some comments: - There where just 2 pairs of cutlery. - A place to put your towel and soap in the shower would be good. - There is a private boiler but hot water was more than enough for 2 people taking 2 long showers. A very good apartment.)
